jjeiz
Is defence important? I've been trying to train my pet with level 32, str 63 and currently training endurance until it reaches 64. So after that I was wondering if I should level my pet first, then train with strength and endurance, or train with defence until it reaches 64 as well? thank you very much! Side note: I don't have the secret lab map, and never will, because I love the color of my bruce :laughingsmiley:
Alice ☮
I personally think defense is important too. It's good because paired with high hit points, you have a better chance of not getting defeated. The only "useless" stat is movement. But yeah, defense is always good, especially if your opponent happens to go first. And you know about the boosts right? 'Cause I think the next one after 55 is 80-something. So if you train to 64, you need to be willing to train to the next boost to see a difference. (I should add that I'm just getting into the BD myself, so I'm not necessarily the best person to answer this question...)
Noog
Some people don't use defense, but instead train their pet to really high strengths. I personally hate that strategy. I like to keep my defense boost at the same level as my strength boost.

redfire77
The only "useless" stat is movement. it's basically useless for doing damage or anything, but there are some items (i forget which :P) that requires for your pet to have some # of agility points in order to use it

Duckyz
I'm sorry, I don't know, what are boosts? thanks for the answers everyone! http://battlepedia.thedailyneopets.com/index.php/articles/viewarticle/battle-strength-defense-boosts/ Basically if you have 21-34 str is the same as only having 20 str same for defense thou it is a bit different. As for agility if you want a 100% stealer then you want 201 agility.

T1m
Yes defense is very important and with A-neggs pretty reasonable, why not?
