webpixie Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 it would be if its intended to be used on neopets, lookups are no contest, blogs could be used on another site so i coudl kidna see with getting away with that, but still i think its splitting hairs. perosnally im all for charging for stuff but i tend to think its in bad taste when you know its for neopets and know its against their rules
