what happens if you get all the peices of this map ?

If you already have the Secret Lab map, you can turn it in and get access to the Petpet Lab.

what happens if you get all the peices of this map ?

 

If you have access to the Secret Lab, then it gives you access to the petpet lab, where you can zap your pets' petpets. If you don't have the regular lab map you can't access it, though. Check TDN's article on it for more information on the effects it can have.
