There is an adoption/trading center thread in Neopets General Chat.. I don't think anyone will just see this and give you their painted pet.

And also, you can only have 20 pets in total. (5 accounts with 4 pets.)

I am not rich, actually and I am not asking for people's pets beacause I cannot neomail I am a young player at neopets and I haven't completed the permission form OK. did i place cybunnies? :D
