Olivia_D
*sigh, I still have problems with loading. It's been over a week and mine still won't load at all. I get past the part with the picture and loading bar, but when it gets to the part with the spinning dots, it stops. It spins for hours without changing. I have tried opening it in IE and google chrome, but neither work and I don't have firefox. What can I do? I am at level fifty and have a lot of storage buildings if that's the problem. I don't know if that means anything...maybe it's too much to load on a (slightly) slower computer. can anyone help?
Tank Girl
What version of IE are you using? I read recently that Neopets won't be supporting IE 7 anymore so if you're using that that could be the problem. Maybe you should try Firefox? It's much better anyways in my opinion ;) Also, you could try re-installing flash player on your browser and see if that helps?
sjoudrey
Awww, that sucks. I still have a problem with my habs not stay where I put them, like a nest or a house.
Scartic
actually hundreds of people have that, it's a lock-out glitch, you won't be able to get in until TNT fixes it, i've been locked out for nearly 8 weeks
Olivia_D
really?!?!?!?!? I'm losing thousands a day! :sad02: I'm really depressed now. I'm definatly going to try firefox before I lose that much!

JuicyKimi
I never heard of the lock out glitch, but this used to happen to me when I was using IE, now that I use Chrome or FF it never happens. :\
