So I totally just got gipped by the Fire Faerie. :sad02: I was playing Solitaire and got the "A beautiful Fire Faerie floats down and gives you a [some paint brush]!!" RE. Awesome right? Except this happened:

I was all :eh: but assumed I must have gotten a brush that didn't exist when the RE was invented, so I sprinted excitedly to my inventory...yeah. Nada. Apparently if it's too new to actually show up in the RE, you don't get it at all. :ohno: That was a super bummer, let me tell you. Partly I just wanted to whine about my awful "good" luck haha, but was also wondering, has anyone else had this happen? Anyone think it's worth sending a ticket to TNT over? I mean I assume I wouldn't get the PB even if I did (sadly :P), but hopefully it'd be something they could fix...maybe I'll send something in to the Editorial.

:sad02: Bummer. That would have been an awesome prize. You could submit a ticket but I agree, they more than likely won't give you the item anyway since all their responses to my tickets have seemed to say 'we regret we cannot replace any lost neopoint or neopoint items' even when it doesn't really relate to the response they were sending me :rolleyes_anim: I think I would personally go for the editorial route but sending in a ticket can't hurt if you're interested.

Aww man, that sucks! :( *hug* Wish Neo would fix all their bugs and stuff, y'know?

This stinks of poorly thought-out hard-coding to me (you can't blame TNT too much though - it happens to all of us programmers sooner or later). I also think submitting a ticket would be a good idea. If nothing else, it'll raise TNT's awareness of the bug. :yes:

Man that's awful! I would definitely submit a ticket though I wouldn't hold my breath. Everytime I've submitted a ticket about a glitch the general response has been roughly "sorry, better luck next time" <_<

 

But on another note.... I love Kaelmyr! :laughingsmiley: And I love the way you've customised him.

I would send in a question to the editorial as someone else mentioned. It seems as though glitches like that get noticed more quickly if they have to answer a question about it... Plus you can do the whole *throws nonexistent items from RE's at TNT* when you write it. heehee :)
