Question about Signatures.

Hi, it doesn't seem to mention anything about this in the Signatures guidelines sections so...

 

My question is: Are animations allowed in signatures?

 

Would I be able to put this one in, for example?

I've had a couple of animated signatures. No one seemed to mind.

Animated is fine. The main things with signatures is not huge. All images in the signature need to fall under the stated amount.

Just to add-on: our long-standing rule with signatures is basically common sense. They show up at the end of every single post you make, so they can't be too long or too glaring, otherwise they'll start to annoy people. Animations are allowed, as long as they don't give people a migraine in under five seconds or so (bad memories there x_x ).

 

That's actually quite a soothing signature, so I'd very much encourage its use. :P

That's a really cool signature! How did you make it? I've been thinking about making one of my own but the only program I know how to use is paint :P

Oh, I made it in GIMP and played around with a wave effect.

It is nice and soothing. I like it. I really need to learn to make graphics.
