melissa
ok i hope this is the right place for my question, but i've been asking alot of people and their answer is they dont know . ok i had a neopets account and it was frozen, i wrote them and i got a response saying i could have only one account back. so i chosed my main account. i got the email i believe on dec 8th saying to choose which one. i wrote back the same day saying which one i wanted. well my question is how long does it normally take for the account to be reactivated ? thanks for any help. Eric
I'm not certain, either, but I believe it depends on the amount of work they have to deal with. I imagine that your request is only one in a pile of hundreds - even thousands. TNT are notoriously slow at this sort of thing, but good luck! :)
Mike.
I actually know. :P Eric is right, you're email is in a pile of thousands. The average time of waiting is a month, give or take.
