I tested the Bottled Volcano Steam in about 30 tests:

 

 

attack: 8 icons (3 fire, 3 water, 2 light) (consequently)

defence: none

heal: no

 

Price: 75K

 

It's a multi-use weapon and it didn't break in the 30 tests.

 

Conclusion: Not bad, but there are better weapons for a lower price.
