Can anyone help

I'm trying to get my gallery up to snuff for the Gallery Spotlight competition but it's been years and years since I've done any coding (abandoned myspace a couple of years ago :P)

I really want to make the yellow nav bars go away to be replaced with some neat text along the top for navigation instead.
