I tried to login in December and my petpet was gone - and of course she took all my NC Mall items with her. I'm extremely annoyed - probably not surprising. I submitted a support ticket in December and it's still open, which makes me even more annoyed. Suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else? I'm really bummed as I was a beta tester and had a lot of rare early items. Any suggestions would be appreciated. If someone has the email to the person who runs the PPP mall, that could be helpful, too - I've found the NC people are more helpful and responsive than the rest but I think if I submit through the site I'll just get closed for duplicate ticket.
