Invasion of Meridell help

I'm currently attempting to get the IOM avatar, but I am properly stumped on Mission 4 Battle 1. The Scorchios are too overwhelming for me! Can anyone give me tips on how to beat them? I've tried following several guides (including the TDN one) but nothing seems to work.

I'm currently going for the avatar as well. Some of it IS luck...but definitely keep your same troops. I'm M6 B3 right now and here are my stats:

Mohog - 22 kills

Skeith - 27

Techo - 21

Scorchio - 28

Grundo - 26

 

 

I take care as to how many HP they have all the time and heal with the Grundo accordingly. i also always try to kill the first row of 2/3 troops before the others get there and concentrate on a single opponent until they are dead. Hope that helps!
