I've been involved in some other forums and have observed this site to have substantially superior written content, so it makes sense to eventually publish! As for the avatars (I'm assuming you mean the avatars, not the profile pictures. For profile pictures, you can only upload one once you've hit 400 posts.) you can load one HERE.
