Sign-Up Glitch

Hey, sorry for spamming you guys with yet another board.

 

I tried signing up for another account but no matter what name I put it, Neopets says that it's unavailable! I'm sure my proposed names are unique because when I searched them up, nobody had the username I wanted.

 

Strangely, when I do the same for pets it works fine.

 

Edit: Now NC mall has crashed for me. What is happening? :O

If a user is frozen, it won't appear in the search. If you put http://www.neopets.com/randomfriend.phtml?user= in the address bar and then the name, it will tell you if it really exists or not.
