Layout for my gallery?

I really dont even know where to begin here. Lol. I have a gallery im working on called "Pane in the Glass".. As you might have guessed, its windows. Lol.

 

I dont have any images or anything cuz i really have no idea where to begin. Lol. If anyone can be creative enough to try and help me out that would be greatly appreciated ^_^

• Text : Pane in the Glass ; In a light blue, kinda outlined with a dark blue, with a little white, if possible.
  
• A type of sub text or some sort underneath the gallery name : "Your pane is my pleasure".
  
• Preferably, I want the layout in a light blueish color, with some dark blue fixed into it.( But im deff. open to other possibilities :) ) Id like Neopets looking through windows if possible. & If at all possible, a Xweetok ( like Malachite ) looking through a window :)
  
• Two scroll boxes.. One for my description and one for people who donated to my gallery.
  

 

If its allowed, I can pay about 20k for this to be done. Thanks ahead of time ^_^
