Can i access two accounts at the same time using the same laptop/computer?

I have two accounts open in different browsers all the time. I don't think it would be a problem, so long as you are only earning NP on one account, and you can always remember which account is your main and which is your side. If you are prone to frequent lapses of memory and attention, you might want to only log in to your sides when transferring pets or NP.

Yea I do that alot and also when my friends are over :) I use chrome and firefox so it doesn't log me out
