When I log out of TDN...

This has been bothering me recently, so I'm finally going to ask about it. When I'm logged into TDN, the site not the forums, it says hi to me in the top right corner. Cute, I rather like it telling me hi. It lets me know that I'm still logged in. My problem with it is that once I log out, it's still saying hi to me! I have to refresh or go to another page for my name to disappear. I know it's a minor thing, but if I'm logged out I want to be completely logged out. Does this happen to everyone? And for you TDN programmers, would it be an easy fix to stop it? Thanks everyone.

I know that it's not that big of a deal. It just irks me a little bit because it seems as if I'm not really logged out, even though I know I am.

I presume this is because the page is being generated before the actual logout operation is executed. :yes: It should be a fairly simple logic change, but it might have to wait a bit pending some, ah... other changes. :shiftyeyes_anim:

Also, try clearing your web browsers cookies and cache as they might be holding onto the fact that you're logged in. :)

Indeed this is the problem. I've made a simple change to our Accounts system and now on the "You have been logged out page" it no longer says "Hi, username!"
