Inventory And Shop Stock Glitch?

Hello, hello to all! I hope I'm placing this in the right section...It seemed the most fitting.

 

I noticed a peculiar thing on my account. I did my dailies and deposited all of my leftover NP from yesterday. Then I went to my inventory to take care of the items that I got during my dailies and noticed that I only had one item in my inventory; A blue doughnut plushie that I've had in my inventory for a while (because it's been in and out of trades). I also noticed that my NP amount did not say "0" it told me that I had the 11,000 or so that I had before I went to the bank. I thought it was a one-time thing, so I refreshed, but it was still showing up that way.

 

I decided that it would probably work itself out and went to the "Igloo Garage Sale" to do a little restocking. I opened the shop and bought an item. I went back inside to wait my turn to buy again and everything that had just been in there was STILL inside. I refreshed the page a few times, and everything was still there. In fact, those same items are still in there right now, according to my screen.

 

I went to my shop to and stocked the items I wanted using "Quick Stock". When I viewed my stock then, it had the same number of items that it had before I stocked (My till was empty, so nothing sold). However, if I clicked to view my stock in "Order Of Cost" the number adjusted itself.

 

I'm getting ready to send a ticket, I was just wondering if anybody else had had the same issue, and if so, have you sent/received any word from the staff?

 

EDIT: I also just noticed that this is in the "Games Discussion" section, I apologize, I didn't notice that when I was first posting.

That's okay, the Neopets Help section is a good place to put this in.

 

First of all, clear your cookies. Here is explained how.

 

PS: you will be logged out of any account when removing your cookies.

 

After this check if it's still happening. Then I think you should submit a ticket.

Thanks for the response. I cleared my cookies, but it's still happening...Unfortunately, the help page does NOT want to load for me right now, so I'll have to wait to send a ticket. But what can you do, eh?

 

EDIT:

 

It's working now...I forgot to close the old Inventory window (from before I cleaned cookies), and without thinking, when I opened it, I refreshed again anyway, just for the heck of it, and it's been resolved!

Oh great you got it! Not a problem. I was just about to give another advice about clearing your cache, but I guess this did the job :)
