Part 13 help

I know there's already a pinned topic about this but I figured more people would notice it if I posted a new topic (a kid can try right?)

 

Anyways. I can't get past part 13. There's too many combos and I think I may have missed one. The pinned topic gives out what i'm assuming is an easier solution but I don't understand what he means by "start refreshing"

 

What am I refreshing? Just one page? Do I go through all of the tabs and refresh and repeat? How will this get me the right combo? o.0

 

Any help would be appreciated

I did it the manual way, took me hours, I felt like stabbing everything ever by the end of it.

 

But from what I can gather from the pinned topic, you open each of the links in a different tab, and go through refreshing each tab until the random dials and switches are correct it all clicks into place.

You refresh all the tabs. That's how I got mine. It took me longer than most people: 30 minutes. But it's less frustrating.

I got that straight away, probably as I've completed similar puzzles before,

 

heres a tip, leave the wheels alone to start with, work out what the levers do first.
