Octopus Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 When I tried to update my user preferences (ie. change name, change password) I keep getting this error message that says "Error: we cannot update your personal information." Is this reason to worry? It started to happen around 10 minutes ago, before that I was able to change my preferences. *Edit: Never mind, the problem fixed itself.*

Octopus Posted November 30, 2010 Author Posted November 30, 2010 I have no idea lol. I logged onto my side account and tried fiddling with the preferences there, no problem. Then I went back to my main and it was back to normal :/.
antiaircraft Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 It's probably a database glitch Neopets-side. They might be disabling some parts of the backend temporarily to do some sort of maintenance. :yes:
