where is the oil flask in the wrath caves ?

doing the caves for the second time, I've mapped the cave shouted at all the prisoners but no oil, has this happened to anyone else? any way to start again?

For me, every time I've done it, I've had to go through the caves in the dark twice. I find everything but the oil the first time through, then I go back, and get it the second time though.

 

Just make sure you should out in every single cave.

You have to get the oil from talking to someone if I remember correctly. Just make sure you talk to someone or scream out or whatever that option is every time you go to a new cave.
