I've got my oldest account (kerryoima) back! I'd forgotten the birth date to get back into it (hence this current account) and Neopets finally answered my ticket =D Using that account, I've also finally managed to achieve the Top Gamer avatar! Woop!

 

Now that only leaves me with one problem - which account is going to be my main? I've grown so fond of cookiethelion I really don't want to make that a side, but nor do I want kerryoima to be a side either! Urgh.

I would say go with your oldest account, it has some awesome trophies on it! Of course it is never nice to degrade your main account to a side account, but at least you can still care for your Neopets there! :D I'm very fond of my side account, irisjek, too, but I chose to stick to iriskuppen since it's an older account :)

Congrats on getting it back! Are your two accounts on the same e-mail? Because I too forgot my birthday on my old account....but they never replied to my ticket -_-

It seems that TNT removed the birthday security part, so you might get back into your account if you know the password :)

 

I do hope that they improve their security soon again though..

Well I got my sister's account back...but for some reason it has like no np and it's only 7 months old o.0 Anyways. I think the main problem now is that I can't remember my username XD I remember the password just fine though o.0

well for me it's been longer than two months...and so I'm guessing it WAS on the same e-mail? o.0 Because I clicked "forgot username" which sent a username and password over to my e-mail but the only thing there was my current account....
