Maraquan Petpet Paint Brush

Hi can anyone tell me when this happened?? The Maraquan Petpet Paint Brushes are selling for between 280-400k I swear around a month ago they were worth half that??

 

What has happened to make them increase in value?

I dont think that Maraquan PPBs were released with anything, so that cannot be the cause. I suspect that it would be because people have used them, so there are less of them. Therefore, they increase in value. :)

I've seen some people still selling it for much less. You just have to be quick. Some people always keep it at an increased value just waiting for when the cheaper ones are sold. :)

There may also have been a Petpet newly released in Maraquan recently (I can't remember if there has been for sure and am too lazy to check :P) If there has been, that's also very likely to drive the price up for a while -- both because of the "newness" factor and/or if it just happens to be a nice-looking, popular petpet; and because of the PPL award, which is given to a petpet of a specific color each week (and only the very oldest get the trophies, so you have to be one of the first to get a particular type of petpet to get one -- thus when a new color for a Petpet is released, some people scramble to get it asap for the trophy.) After a while it will likely deflate again; but as someone else said, if you don't want to wait, you can often find people willing to sell for cheaper if you're willing to spend some time on the TP and are quick to jump on a quicksale. :)
