The SWO Wannabe
So I've been on limited duty (I'm in the Navy) for Mood Disorder - NOS. My psychiatrist thinks that I probably have Bipolar Disorder, but we're going to see if we can avoid that diagnosis so I can continue to serve in the Navy. At any rate, we've started to get rid of my medications and I'm starting to feel more depressed (which is where this all started). It started last night when things went pretty far south with my wife and I ended up sleeping on the couch voluntarily, which made things even worse. Anyone have any suggestions for a pick-me-up? Aside from playing Neopets, I'm at work right now. :-/
Wembly
Personally I'm always amused by reading http://mylifeisaverage.com/ also I enjoy playing my ukulele but I guess that won't really work for you if your at work. Well, that and you probably don't have a ukulele... Sorry, I'm not much help but I'll try to send some happy thoughts to you. edit: Oh and looking at the stuff in this thread is good for a laugh too http://www.tdnforums.com/index.php?/topic/20995-you-laugh-you-lose/
rinoa812
When I am down I always watch a funny movie or look at cute pictures of very fluffy animals lol. The movies might work for you but maybe not the animals =P By the way I have been diagnosed bipolar so I can understand where your coming from.
