NC Mall Glitch?

Strange, NC mall has rejected my password several times when I tried getting Neocash. Is this happening to anyone else? The same thing happens when I try to change my password, but I can still get into my account with the same password.

 

On the other hand, if they don't resolve it today I'm not going to participate in the Trick-or-treat thing. Maybe that's a good thing, hehe :).

This sounds like it's more of a password issue, than a NC Mall issue. I recommend sending in a ticket.
