Ticket help?

I'm not sure what to do... does anyone know if there is anything more I can do besides just wait? Three weeks ago all 3 of my side accounts were CGed/hacked, and the person changed both the email and pass. Well, at first TNT was really fast - they responded to my ticket within 12 hours, but the first couple days they weren't really helpful at all. They ended up freezing *one* of the accounts, but haven't done anything about my other two accounts... and I have not heard a single thing from them in 2 and a half weeks now. I send multiple emails back to them, no reply. Last week I started two new tickets (one for each of the two accounts), and while they took the time to close one of the tickets as a duplicate, they haven't taken the time to help me. (And about that, they are completely unorganized! My very first ticket was for all 3 accounts. Then I got told I had to create a separate ticket for each account.. well I did, and then they closed two of them out as duplicates and only dealt with the remaining ticket. Really? They tell me one account per ticket, and then they close them? >.>)

 

Anyway, I'm getting frustrated. I have no one to blame but myself for only putting a pin on my main account, and I'm very thankful that it's only my sides that were taken... but I still want those accounts back. The hacker is actively using one of the accounts, and has been trying to trade pets from both accounts... I want them out, but as TNT hasn't replied to either email or ticket for over two weeks now, I don't know if there's anything else I can do. =/
