Scroll of Forgotten Promises pricing?

I won Scroll of Forgotten Promises from Brightvale wheel, and only saw a few of them on trading post. I am not sure on a price though, i'm assuming it's very rare though saw one for 800k!

 

Also, is it a Battledome item, or Book?

I'm not sure about the type, but you could check the use by opening it in your inventory. Just check if it says Equip _________ or Read to ___________.
