Birthdate Options

I have a side account whose password I know, but whose birthdate I do not know (I was 11 - what can I say? I am now over 18). It is about to be deleted to inactivity, but I would like it back. Is there any new way to bypass the birthdate requirement? If I emailed Neopets, would they be sympathetic, or freeze all my accounts? Thanks.
