Does anyone else have a problem with the Spooky Kiosk?

 

I went yesterday and Sidney made me wait two hours even though I didn't buy anything from him that day. Then the same thing happened today-I tried buying my first scratch card of the day and got the wait two hours message again! My NPs on hand didn't change so I'm sure that I didn't double-click, so what's going on? :(

Did you buy a different scratchcard? Once you buy a single scratchcard, you can't buy from any other kiosk until their respective time is up.

Yeah, that rule applies to all srachcard kiosks.

Thanks :). I'm not planning on scratching unless the resale value of the card is far less than what I paid for it. I can already see that the chances of getting three-in-a-row are pretty low :P.
