Having Problems....??

So I dont see it in my avatar preferences and i keep grooming my pets with Illusens Comb and i dont deem to be getting the uni - beauty avatar??? is it one of the refreshing ones or what?

It should be automatic, the first time you use it. If you're sure you don't already have it, try using a different item and see if that works.

Well I did this i used a mirror instead and still not have seen the avvie, i have gone through my avvie list many of times... so i dont know what to do

I just tried this on my side account and it works normally. Try a one click import to see if it's really not in your list.

Okay well i did the import thing and still nothing and ive always like went between my pets and i dont remember it being a refreshing avvie since i had it on my older account... what could possibly be the problem o_O

Do your pets say 'I've had enough of grooming for now?' because you won't get the avatar if they say that.

Oh Well thats the problem lol, Thank you very much :laughingsmiley: , didnt know that... how long do you think it will be till they can be groomed?

I honestly don't know when they would stop saying that. I tried grooming all of my pets on my main account and they don't want to be groomed, either :P . Perhaps try different grooming items?

 

Edit: Maybe it is because my pets are all in the neohotel.
