Help Finding Petpage Templates

I'm looking into making some simple petpages for my pets, and since I can't code anything for myself at all, I need some help.

 

Does anyone know of a site/have a site where simple templates are available for general use? I'm looking for nothing more than a solid color background with some boxes to put text in. I'm tired of neopets' spastic default petpages!
