Have you tried looking in databases yet? :)

 

Seems like Jellyneo hasn't got a price listed, and the only one for sale is right now a little over 8m. I think the price is about 8m (8,000,000np)

 

However if you got the patience... and money, you could also try restocking at the magic shop. I've had no luck so far yet, but they tend to stock for (I think) about 50k in the Magic Shop. (extremely rare)

tried searching on the internet already. Restocking is tough with so many other people out there XD

I looked on google too for databases. This one seems to have up to date prices: http://www.neo[Removed].us/forum/itemdb/ Though they seem to be focused on restockers.
