Part 14 - Unable to enter plant

After 1 hour of repeating every step: rock quarry, the necklance, the water tower, the farm then back to the water tower, the door remains closed with no puddles. Am I missing anything whatsoever? Please help, I'd be much appreciative!

I'd recommend re-reading the walkthrough clearly to make sure you're not missing anything. :yes: It's also possible that you're being stopped by old data left in your browser cache, so you might want to clear that as well.
