I'm just a bit jealous that everyone else has their own little title, and I have the default...how do I change it please? I've looked all over and can't figure it out :*

You can only change your member title once you hit 400 posts. There's a post HERE with information about group promotions.

Because Spritzie beat me to it (again), all I can do is agree with her post. :P You need at least 400 posts. Then it'll be available when you edit your profile.
