The picture kinda looks like a messed-up wooden mummy with it's read on fire and one eye on four wheels.

Could this mean a new plot?

It's a Random Event but it's not new.

I got a new RE a couple of days ago. It was something about Illusen appearing in a cloud of smoke and saying "I was going to give you some Neopoints, but you have a lot already." I was very disappointed. :( I'm curious as to how much she would have given me.... ^_^
