Hello Daily Neopets Users! I was wanting to know, what effect does levels have on your neopet's stats? Because mine is a level 8 and he has the same hp as he did at level 1!

Hello Daily Neopets Users! I was wanting to know, what effect does levels have on your neopet's stats? Because mine is a level 8 and he has the same hp as he did at level 1!

 

When training your pet, you can only train things like strength and endurance (hit points) to twice your pet's level. After that, you have to up your pet's level to train those stats any higher. It's somewhat more complicated than that (Endurance can actually be trained to 3x your pet's level), but it's too much to explain in one post. Yes, level can help raise stats, as most of the time stats can only be raised when you reach a certain level.

also, your pet has to be a certain level to be able to be granted high level abilities by bottled faeries. increasing level does not directly increase any stats, though.
