You cannot complete an Illusen Quest if you are on a Quest for Jhudora. You can only do one quest, for either, every 12 hours." But I've been waiting to start them until I had both of the avatars for completing a quest on their respective days. I didn't want to risk getting too high of a level, and the item being super expensive and me possibly missing getting the avatars. Now I have both and I can start doing their quests.
