From what I've listened to so far, I can confidently say that at times, it is one of the creepiest things I've ever heard. Those are shortwave radio frequencies that have been picked up and theorized to be used by spies. Doing some further research on shortwaves (as in clicking on the link in Wikipedia), it doesn't really seem like something special to me. Care to explain your thoughts?
