Florida
I have a laptop and just recently I can not see my customization page. When I go to customize, the ad on the right covers the part of the page where you have your scroll bar. I do not have this issue if I use IE. I have FF and Win XP. I know it wasn't always this way, I tried change my screen resolution to no effect. It's as if I changed the coding of the page or something. Any ideas? Thanks! antiaircraft
Well, a screenshot would be useful for figuring out this problem if you could get one. And just a shot in the dark, but you might want to try blocking the advertisements on Neopets to try and solve this. We have a guide for doing this in Firefox (and guides for some other browsers).
Florida
A screenshot would be smart. I will endeavor to do that. If you look at your customization page, you can see the square where your stuff is, and to the right there is an ad. If you block the ad, you have a white rectangle, it is as if my square (pet, items), is not to the left enough, and the ad, or blank rectangle is on top. Again, screenie is smart, will try to get that on. Thanks for the reply. antiaircraft
That is very weird indeed... it seems like a coding oops on TNT's part. Or... just a hunch, but you might want to try fiddling with the page zoom settings under View > Zoom. Try View > Zoom > Reset first, just in case you accidentally tweaked the zoom and that's causing the problem. If the ad still covers the customisation object, try zooming in and out a bit to see if you can find a zoom setting that avoids the problem.
