Hi I'm having trouble with Part 10

I keep going to the shops and keep looking for the items with the scale figure but I can never seem to find them. I make sure I have the exact amount of neopoints for the inflation but I still can't see it. Did they take away the items or have I done something wrong?

Check the list of hints that finneus is collecting and make sure that you did not mess up anywhere. It also may just be that fact that maybe you had too many things open and your computer might have messed up.
