Strawberri Posted October 4, 2009 Share Posted October 4, 2009 Hi all I changed my password earlier today to keep it safe after doing some restocking (in case some of the shops had CG'ers)... and I just went to a non-neopets site (one for neopets artwork) that came up with a warning from my browser saying the site might be dangerous. So to be careful I tried to change my password on neopets again. But it's not recognizing my new password as valid. Luckily, I'm still logged in to Neo on this PC, so i tried another in the house and I can't log in! So should I self-freeze? Any tips? eeeeeeeeek! ps. i just noticed that 7 years ago when i signed up for neopets i had a different email address (no longer used), and now i can't change it.. Is there a way to do a 'forgot my password' function without needing your old email address? Update! Crisis averted.. One of my keyboard keys isn't working properly so my old password works when I omit the 'problem' key! phew! (This CG'er/hacker thing may have made me a bit paranoid!) I tried to use another computer in the house to log in (hoping it would work), but I couldn't... Wait, are you trying to log in to one account on two computers at the same time?
