The Super Shop Wizard is a tool you get if you have Neopets Premium. While the normal Shop Wizard searches different blocks of shops for each refresh, the Super Shop Wizard searches through every user-owned shop on the site every time you use it. The lowest price on the SSW is the lowest price in Neopia, while on the normal SW you have to refresh several times to find the lowest prices. Thank you for the clarification! :) I think I can live without premium. Neopets is a virtual world that has always been free, a place to escape the real world.
