Guild Deletion Question (Layout Won't Let Me Leave)

A few weeks ago I was testing a permade layout really quickly and I forgot to change the default links the creator put for the links on the front page. The layout code hides the sidebar and I can't get a direct link to the guild because I want to leave it. How do I fix this?

You should be able to find the correct links if you look at the page's source code. :) The links should be just under a piece of code that looks like:
