Restock Ban or Random Glitch?

This morning, when I logged on to Neo, I opened my group of bookmarked tabs, which includes several shops. Everything was normal - shops had stock. But, when I did my first shop refresh, the shop had nothing, like on half-price day. The same thing happened with every other shop I RFed or clicked on. I didn't think that restock bans could happen after a single RF, but it seems that I have been restock banned. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a random shop glitch right now? Or is there an event today, like half-price day, that would result in shops having not stock?

Hmm...it seems to be normal to me. But then again, I'm restocking at the Igloo Garage Sale. Send in a bug report.
