<img src="https://images.neopets.com/altador/altadorcup/2009/ctp_989.gif" style="float:left;padding:5px;">Fans screaming at the top of their voices, slushies arcing gracefully from the hands of skilled slingers, yooyus speeding across the field, and a squad of security guards dashing towards the riot in seating section D. This can only be the scene, live, at the start of the greatest sporting event in Neopia: the Altador Cup!

From the powerhouses of Krawk Island and the Lost Desert, to the hopeful underdogs of Kiko Lake, teams from all over Neopia are looking for a slice of this year's action, and of course, the glory and prestige that comes with a well-earned victory. The fourth Altador Cup looks like it's definitely going down in the history books as the climax to one of the most action-packed Yooyuball seasons to date!

The favourites for this year's cup? Well, let's ask some of the fans:

"Arr, we'll be takin'-" "Shenkuu for the cup!" "In my opin-" "Hah! You call that a kick?!" "'Mon the Maqs!"

Well, we appear to be having some trouble getting a complete answer from a single person at the moment. However, if you are interested in some expert analysis on the possible outcomes of this year's event, take a look at our global and daily predictions. You can also register on our forums and offer your own thoughts and opinions.

And of course, that's not all we're providing. The Daily Neopets' has up-to-date standings, guides for all the Altador Cup games, counters, and more, all at your fingertips. We'll be making every effort to bring you the latest and greatest of the Altador Cup, when it happens, where it happens.

In other news, we're getting reports of GLITCHES: the Altador Cup management is cracking down on the number of times each supporter can have a shot at each of Altador Cup side games. While Yooyuball remains unrestricted, it seems that regulators are stopping people from playing for their team more than three times in Make Some Noise, Slushie Slinger, and Shootout Showdown. We are very positive this is an error on TNT's behalf and will be fixed as soon as possible.

Well, there are some fans looking like they're about to lynch me for blocking their view while I give this report, so I'd better get going. This is AA, reporting live from the Altador Cup, signing off.

Update: A few fans have reported that they were able to dodge the rabid regulators and submit more than three scores by refreshing their games frequently. We'll keep you posted on this!

Update 2: All scores are now processing correctly, and there is no longer need to refresh to make your scores count. Way to go, TNT!

Well hey, the fans will take any excuse for a riot - I hear the committee's looking to hire extra security staff now. xD
