bolackey
With all of the talk going on about the "cursed cup", I've been trying to come up with a solution. I think that it's great everyone has the option of switching teams, but as we've seen this can really backfire for defending champs. I don't know how practical it would be, but I think it might balance things if players had to stick with a team for 2 years before switching. As a loyal Shenkuu supporter for the last 2 years, and again this year, I'm not too worried about switching sides anytime soon. I like playing in the Cup when my team gets to test itself against really strong opponents. I guess all I'm saying is, it's hard to watch any team bite the dust because of freeloaders. Good Luck to everyone this year, and LET THE GAMES BEGIN!
antiaircraft
Well it's an interesting idea, and I'm sure it would tick off a lot of Neopians. :P Although if I remember correctly, TNT did some funny automagic with their scoring algorithms so that freeloaders wouldn't actually affect a team's performance... Grnslam08
I just don't believe in curses. I just think when people don't hold up to their expectations they just find something to blame it on. In the AC's case, the reason teams don't win two time in a row is because of freeloaders and players switching teams.
Jonboy14080405
Yeah.... Everyone believes in the Cursed Cup, even though there is not curse, it's just people trying to get a cool trophy on the Userlookup so they could win! On the other hand, the cursed cup helps diversify the games. If no one switched teams, then the teams would just stay in an certian position and one team would win constantly or a varitey of teams.
