Sometimes it just takes a while, make sure that you check and do the required action within one minute NST that means from 4:42:00 to 4:42:59 is the minute you have for example to check and do the required action.

 

If you do it 10 times and it doesn't work, leave the petpet and come back to it so you reset everything.
