Strategos
I saw a post that a moderator placed a red notice on, the kind used for rule-breaking. The post made wasn't by me, but I believe the user did not break the rule specified. Should I direct further communication to the moderator involved or ask the user who made the post to contact the moderator?

Strategos
which post are you talking about? because moderators can edit post made by users... Yes, I'm aware of that. However, the rule that was supposedly broken is not one that a moderator usually takes other action about, such as offensive content.
