Stuck on part 13

I've found the medallion, fixed the water plant, but it still says the constellation is wrong. The only odd thing I noticed was that when I went to the janitor he's mad that I switched off the lights, which shouldn't have happened unless I had the constellation. But of course the archivist doesn't say anything different. <_<

I had some troubles similar to this, too. I'd say back track a bit and try again :D
