Okay, I do the solution for the avatar that NeoAvatars says should work, but I don't have the avatar. I've had to have tried around 20 times so far, but no luck. What am I doing wrong?

Look to see if you already have the avatar, if not you could also try to touch the spot that changes your cursor. It is really hard but can be done it is at the end of one of the antenae of the bottom character.
